The pictures below are from the "Can of Worms" cache. This was a short walk and a fairly easy cache. Caching while there is snow on the ground is a bit easier than without.

The pictures below were taken on the way to or from the "Beautiful Birch Lake" cache. This was a nice late winter hike. It was a windy place though! Brad was definitly not keen on walking on the frozen lake, though none of the cars on the lake had fallen through.

| Heather was very glad she had found a pair of gloves in the car. |

The "Moose Creek Giant Cache" is near the Chena Lakes Recreation area. There are several geocaches in the area and we've unknowingly walked past this cache at least once. We did this cache specifically to drop off the Moose-is-Loose Travel Bug. Heather really did not want to give this very cute travel bug up, but did. We took the travel bug to every moose related item we could find (and those pictures can be found here).

| A little to GPS reliant? You can see the cache on the tree at the left. |

| Brad being silly. He is still teasing Heather about not seeing the cache sooner. |

The picture to the right is from the "Chena Lakes Cub" cache. This is a cache that is nicer (and quicker) to do in the winter. Just walk over the lake directly to the cache. This is one of three caches we did near the Chena Lakes Recreation area.

| On the left is a picture taken after finding the "Flood Gate" cache. We don't do a lot of micro-caches, because we don't have that much patience, but this one was worthwhile. This is also near the Chena Lakes Recreation area.
